外侧半月板后角斜形放射状撕裂的临床研究进展
摘要
较大挑战。本文综述了近年来关于该病症的临床研究进展，首先阐述了外侧半月板后角的解剖特点及斜形放射状撕裂的
损伤机制，随后分析了临床诊断中影像学技术（如 MRI、关节镜）的应用现状与优势，重点探讨了保守治疗、关节镜
下修复术、部分切除术等治疗方式的疗效及适用范围，并对术后康复方案的优化进行了总结。研究表明，早期精准诊断
结合个体化治疗方案可显著改善患者预后，而关节镜下修复技术的革新与术后功能康复的规范化是未来研究的重要方
向。
