范围内的流行对世界卫生安全造成了巨大的威胁。免疫系统与病毒的相互作用是影响患者临床症状严重程度以及预后的
重要因素,也一直都是相关研究的重点。T细胞作为机体适应性免疫反应的重要组成部分,在COVID-19的各个阶段都
发挥着重要的作用。本文将阐述COVID-19患者在各个阶段T细胞反应的动态变化及影响因素并探讨T细胞检测在预防和
治疗COVID-19中的应用。
