单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值与冠心病的关联性研究

摘要

目的:探讨单核细胞(Monocyte,M)与高密度脂蛋白比值(Monocyte to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio,MHR)
与冠心病(Coronary heart disease,CHD ,CHD)的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2023 年 1 月至 2025 年 7 月在
中国人民解放军海军第九〇五医院心内科经冠状动脉造影确诊的 273 例冠心病患者的血常规(单核细胞)及生化检查
(HDL-C)结果;此外选取同期162 例健康体检者作为对照组 以其收集整理并建立 Excel统计试验数据计算 MHR结
果,统计分析 采用 spss 26.0 统计软件对数据进行分析 实验组与对照组的 MHR 水平比较(实验组)冠心病患者的高
密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较对照组显著降低,而单核细胞计数水平则明显高于对照组,实验组MHR水平较对
照组MHR显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);。冠心病患者中不同性别的指标进行分析发现,比较男女性患CHD
两组间单核细胞、HDL-C、MHR 水平均有差异P(<0.05),具有统计学意义 结论 冠心病患者单核细胞、MHR显著升
高及、HDL-C 水平降低,MHR 水平与冠心病的发生存在密切关联,高水平MHR可能会增加冠心病的发病风险,MHR
可作为评定冠心病风险指标之一,对冠心病的临床诊断和风险预测具有一定的参考意义。
