肺血管发育相关信号通路在支气管肺发育不良机制中的研究 进展

摘要

支气管肺发育不良(BPD)多见于早产儿,是导致早产儿死亡及致残的重要因素之一。BPD发病机制十分复杂,涉及到多种因素。近几年由于围生医学的迅速发展,以肺泡化改变为主的“经典型BPD”发病率呈下降趋势,但以肺泡发育受阻及肺微血管发育受阻为主要病理改变的“新型BPD”发病率未见下降。本文综述了与BPD相关的肺血管生长受阻机制及其可能的防治管理。
