脓毒症性休克时肌红蛋白代谢障碍机制的研究进展

摘要

肌红蛋白是一种低分子色素蛋白,主要存在于心肌和骨骼肌细胞中。正常机体肌红蛋白代谢处于动态平衡状态,然而当脓毒症时可引起骨骼肌和心肌损伤,肌红蛋白大量释放入血,动态平衡状态被破坏。大量研究证实,脓毒症患者血液中肌红蛋白的水平变化与其预后密切相关,及时有效的监测血液中肌红蛋白水平变化,能够显著改善脓毒症患者预后,降低脓毒症病死率。因此,肌红蛋白水平变化可作为评估脓毒症患者预后及相关治疗措施有效性的重要指标。
