血清铁蛋白水平与老年患者术后认知功能障碍的相关性研究进展

摘要

术后认知功能障碍（PostoperativeCognitiveDysfunction，POCD）是老年患者手术后常见的神经系统并发症，表现为记忆、注意力、执行功能等多领域认知能力下降。近年来，铁代谢紊乱与认知功能障碍的关系日益受到关注，其中血清铁蛋白作为反映体内铁储存状态的重要指标，其水平变化与POCD的发生发展密切相关。本文系统综述了血清铁蛋白在老年患者POCD中的作用机制、临床研究证据及潜在干预策略，旨在为POCD的早期识别和防治提供新思路。
