杨睿祺, 崔青松

环泊酚为一种我国新研究的非巴比妥类全身静脉麻醉药，其与丙泊酚相比，增强了与γ-氨基丁酸（GABAA）受体的亲和力，具有起效快、注射痛低、效价高的特点。具有良好的临床应用前景。本文就环泊酚的临床应用进展现状进行综述，为临床上环泊酚的应用提供参考依据。
