炎症性肠病与肠道微生态和免疫调节的关系

摘要

炎症性肠病(IBD)是最常见的肠道疾病之一,包括克罗恩病(CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(UC),它们是胃肠道中的慢性免疫炎症性疾病。迄今为止,IBD 的发病机制尚不清楚,普遍认为是由免疫失调、微生物群紊乱和肠道上皮屏障功能障碍引起。近年来,随着研究的深入,肠道微生态失衡和免疫调节机制在IBD发病中的作用越来越受到重视,在这篇综述中,我们基于IBD 的发病机制,深入探讨炎症性肠病与肠道微生态失衡以及免疫调节机制之间的相互关系,基于肠道微生态和免疫调节的治疗策略,为炎症性肠病的临床治疗和预防提供科学依据。
