连续 PENG 阻滞联合单次 LFCN 阻滞在 PFNA 内固定术中的镇痛优势与肌力保留效应

摘要

股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定术是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的常用手术方式，而有效的围术期镇痛对患者早期康复至关重要。传统镇痛方法如静脉阿片类药物或椎管内麻醉常伴随诸多副作用，近年来，区域阻滞技术因其精准镇痛和减少全身用药的优势受到广泛关注。本文综述了连续髋关节囊周围神经（PENG）阻滞联合单次股外侧皮神经（LFCN）阻滞在PFNA内固定术中的应用，重点分析其镇痛效果、肌力保留作用及对患者早期康复的促进作用，为临床麻醉方案选择提供理论依据。
