康复管理在肝胆胰术患者中的运用效果及手术部位感染预防作用

摘要

目的：探究康复管理在肝胆胰术患者中的运用效果及手术部位感染预防作用。方法：选择2024年1月-2024年11月收治的74例肝胆胰术患者进行研究，经随机数字表法分组，有2组，是对照组（常规管理，n=37例）、观察组（康复管理，n=37例）。结果：观察组手术部位感染发生率小于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组护理质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组护理满意度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：肝胆胰术患者实施康复管理，可降低手术部位感染发生率，提高护理质量和护理满意度，应用价值显著。
