知信行健康教育模式干预在甲状腺癌术后患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的：分析知信行健康教育的应用价值。方法：选取2024年1月-2024年12月100例行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者，随机分组。对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组则加入知信行健康教育。比较两组健康知识知晓率、用药依从率的差异，并比较两组护理前后自我效能与自护能力的差异。结果：观察组各指标优于对照组，差异有意义（P＜0.05）。结论：知信行健康教育的应用，可以提高患者的知信行水平，促使患者积极配合术后用药治疗，可推广使用。
