右美托咪定复合盐酸罗哌卡因在 B 超引导下臂丛神经阻滞中的应用

摘要

目的：分析B超引导下臂丛神经阻滞中使用不同药物麻醉的效果。方法：以瑞金市人民医院于2024年7月~2025年6月收治的60例上肢骨科手术患者为观察对象，随机分为两组，每组各30例，在B超引导下臂丛神经阻滞中对照组采用盐酸罗哌卡因单一麻醉、实验组采用右美托咪定复合盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉。结果：各组三项麻醉时间、四项镇静评分比较有意义（P＜0.05），各组不良反应比较无意义（P＞0.05）。结论：B超引导下臂丛神经阻滞中使用右美托咪定复合盐酸罗哌卡因麻醉，可改善麻醉质量、镇静效果，保证麻醉安全，应用价值显著。
