经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生的效果分析

摘要

目的：探究发生良性前列腺增生且大体积的治疗方案。方法：2023.1-2023.11，选定对象男性，均发生前列腺增生，是大体积良性病变，有手术指征并依从手术。共计78例，有39例对照组、39例观察组，行经尿道前列腺电切术、经尿道前列腺剜除术。结果：观察组手术指标、疾病指标比对照组更好（P＜0.05），但术后并发症率无差异（P＞0.05）。结论：对于大体积良性前列腺增生患者，首选经尿道前列腺剜除术，手术指标与疾病指标更好，还可保证手术安全，值得推广。
