压力创伤释放训练的研究进展

摘要

压力创伤释放训练(Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises,TRE)是一种通过7个简单、温和、有针对性的动作,激发身体自发性的抖动机制(神经源性震颤),进一步释放积累在身体深层的压力、紧张和创伤,重塑身心平衡的运动疗法。TRE安全无副作用,经济负担小、容易被人接受,最重要的是可以激活神经源性震颤来释放深层肌肉张力。本文通过对近期国内外发表的关于TRE应用领域的研究结果进行研究、回顾、总结和分析,使TRE这种性价比高、操作便捷的治疗手段得到更好的应用与推广。
