上海市某社区脑卒中高危人群颈动脉粥样硬化病变及危险因素
摘要
目的 应用颈动脉超声对脑卒中高危人群进行筛査分析，并分析颈动脉粥样硬化病变的相关因素。方法 选取2023年1月至12月接受老年人体检的1500名居民作为研究对象，所有受检者均接受颈动脉超声检查。设计基线资料调查表，记录研究所需资料，并根据居民颈动脉粥样硬化病变检出情况分为颈动脉病变组和正常组，探析居民颈动脉粥样硬化病变的相关因素。结果 以颈动脉超声检测结果为准，1162名居民检出发生颈动脉粥样硬化病变577名，检出率为49.66%，颈动脉病变组吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症与正常组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），建立logistic回归分析模型，结果显示，吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症是居民颈动脉粥样硬化病变发生的危险因素（OR>1，P<0.05）。结论 居民颈动脉粥样硬化病变发生率较高，并且吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症是居民颈动脉病变发生的相关因素。
