基于计算机辅助设计的计算机数控绘图机器人

摘要

由于技术的快速发展,数控机床在工业中的使用越来越多。本文的主题是基于计算机辅助设计(CAD)的低成本计算 机数控 2D 绘图机器人,它可以精确地绘制复杂的电路、图表、徽标等。该系统使用开源硬件和软件创建,因此可以以低成本获 得。开源的 LibreCAD 应用程序已经用于计算机辅助设计。使用基于 python 的 F-Engrave 应用程序将 CAD 模型的几何数据转换为 坐标点。该系统使用 Arduino UNO 板作为通用 g 代码发送器的信号生成器,而不影响性能。拟议中的绘图机器人是为教育目的而 设计的低成本机器人,旨在将学生对机器人和计算机辅助设计(CAD)技能的兴趣提高到一个新的水平。本研究开发了绘图机器人 的结构,它符合低成本的要求,且实验结果令人满意。
