支架式教学在提升初中生自我效能感中的应用研究
摘要
面临诸多挑战，如教师对学生个体心理需求的忽视、教学评价标准单一、学生缺乏成功体验等，导致学生自信心不足、学
习动力低下。本文基于支架式教学理论下的五个步骤分别提出相对应的解决策略。旨在通过个性化的教学支持帮助学生积
累成功经验，逐步提升其自我效能感，为教学实践提供理论指导与实践参考，落实核心素养，促进全人发展。
