经皮经椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症合并慢性腰痛的术后疗效分析

摘要

目的 探索经皮经椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术PTED治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症DLSS合并慢性
腰痛CLBP的疗效。方法 收集 53 例接受 PTED 治疗的 DLSS 合并 CLBP 患者资料。统计患者平均手术时间、
出血量、术后下地时间、住院时间及术后住院时间评估所有患者在术前和术后 1 周及 3、6、12 个月时腰部
和下肢的视觉模拟评分 (VAS) 和 Oswestry 功能障碍指数 (ODI) 及随访术后并发症发生情况。结果 术后 VASback 评分、VAS-leg 评分和 ODI 评分随着术后随访时间的延长均有明显改善。术后残余麻木 4 例短暂感觉
障碍 2 例贫血 2 例。结论 PTED 治疗后 DLSS 合并 CLBP 患者有明显的好转。PTED 手术可能是 DLSS 合并
CLBP 患者常规融合手术的良好替代治疗。
